Stay together in a bright, spacious 7-bedroom home in Central East Austin with room for up to 12 guests. Built in 2022, this 3-story home has high-end finishes, fast 351 Mbps wifi, multiple lounge areas, a screened-in porch, and a private fenced yard with seating, string lights, and a gas fire pit. Just a short Lyft to East 6th, Rainey Street, downtown, and the Convention Center. *Please note - the 3 small bedrooms are converted closets and are only accessible through the larger bedrooms.

The space
Our 2400 sq. ft 3 story stucco home was built in 2022 and has high-end finishes throughout, such as a gleaming new chef's kitchen! The 3 separate AC zones per level allow guests to set the temperature of each level separately to their liking. Hardwood floors and marble tile, smooth clean walls, new comfy beds , pillows, and linens throughout.

Bringing a pet on the property will incur extra charges and you will be asked to remove the pet or find alternate accommodations.

2ND FLOOR
Bedroom 1: King Bed, twin rollaway bed in closet.
Bedroom 1 is the primary bedroom with a record player loveseat lounge area, a walk-in closet, and a huge ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, shower, double vanity, linen closet, and separate toilet room. There is a TWIN rollaway bed in the closet and plenty of room to set it up if needed.

2ND FLOOR
Bedroom 2: Twin Bed.
**Layout note: Bedrooms 2 is a cozy twin room accessed through Bedroom 1, making it best for children, close friends, or flexible group arrangements. It was previously a walk-in closet.

Bedroom 3: King Bed
Bedroom 3 has a large walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

A full-size stackable washer dryer are available for guest use on the second floor.

3RD FLOOR
Bedroom 4: Queen Bed
This third-floor bedroom has a huge window with views over the trees to Mueller. There is a comfy chair, ottoman, and music art.

**Layout note: Bedrooms 5 is a cozy twin room accessed through Bedroom 4, making it best for children, close friends, or flexible group arrangements. It was previously a walk-in closet.

Bedroom 6: Queen Bed
The slightly larger third-floor bedroom has a tree-house feel because the giant window looks out directly into our large oak tree. High above the street and yard, the room feels private and relaxing. There is a comfy chair, plush rug, and several collector music posters.

Bedroom 7: Twin Bed
**Layout note: Bedrooms 7 is a cozy twin room accessed through Bedroom 6, making it best for children, close friends, or flexible group arrangements. It was previously a walk-in closet.

3RD FLOOR
Full bathroom with tub: There is one large bathroom on the third floor, shared by the third floor bedrooms.

Our house is on a corner lot which does give it extra privacy and space, but please be aware that the house is on a hill and there are landscaping stairs from the street up to the house, and multiple staircases inside the house. The driveway is VERY STEEP and for that reason, we do not allow guests access to the garage. Parking in the driveway or on the street is fine.

All mattresses are very comfortable 12" Memory Foam Zinus Green Tea Lux, purchased September 2022.

We do allow Service Dogs but please let is know about your Service Dog PRIOR to your stay.
We do not allow pets or Emotional Support Animals.
