This is a great location for a resort right on the river with great outdoor pools and views and restaurants and bar. There is a children’s pool with a large slide and 3 levels of adult pools with a swim up bar. The hotel could use a little updating and paint. Housekeeping was a little absent.

The staff were amazing friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, and we had a great overall experience. The only downside was the pool area. Guests would leave behind food, drinks, and cups, and they would sit there for a long time without being cleaned up. This made the pool area look dirty and uninviting, and the pool itself could have been kept cleaner as well. With better upkeep of the pool area, this hotel would be even better.

Staying here is about the location. For a family of 4 seeking a staycation, the amenities beyond the pool were quite limited. The family zone was run-down with no structured activities. The view from the balcony was lovely but it felt more like a Hampton Inn than a posh resort. Finally you get hit with multiple little hidden fees that end up costing as much as the stay, including a 2% credit card fee - would be better if they just baked this into the price rather than dinging you at check-out with a negative surprise. I think it’s better for adults than kids.

The resort is always a good time for us. The pool is fun, the kids love the tube ( do wish it stayed open till pool closes though cause they close it early ).. rooms are always clean, staff is always SO nice and help with whatever you need! We bring our boat or jet skis and keep them at the marina and the marina is just as friendly and helpful! The only thing we were disappointed in this trip was the restaurant on site .. the service was AWFUL and the food was not as good as it used to be. I don't think we will be eating there anymore unfortunately BUT that's not gunna stop us from staying at the resort!

The hotel is older but it was dirty and not kept up with. They upgraded our room to a suite with a balcony but there was balcony with the room. The sofa bed was also terrible and very flat. I had to call for extra comfortable sheets and pillows for the kids to sleep on a reasonable bed. The hotel grounds were dirty. Many areas need pressure washing. Trash on grounds. Room service was terrible. The food was cold and dry and expensive. They give you are credit for food but not worth it. The pictures are deceiving. The rooms have popcorn ceiling. The carpet was stained along with the curtains. The bed was comfortable. Also the pool was also dirty in the adult pool. The hot tub had missing tiles. Just kept up with. The entire hotel has carpet and dirty. I will not return,

Our first contact was Elvis who was the most pleasant and provided a warm welcome and send off with every encounter! He was so helpful and sweet! We enjoyed our stay- it was a nice getaway with great views. Having traveled with our 2 young children we thoroughly appreciated the kids area and kid pool!

Did a one night Saturday stay. Enjoyed the pool area and gym. Beautiful pool and well equipped gym. Just unhappy that the bar at the pool stopped serving food at 6pm and drinks at 7 pm for a Saturday night when there were still plenty of people around.

Clean room, Nice pool. The hotel was originally built in the 1960s and while some parts have been updated like the spa and fitness area, other parts could use some love like the Adult pool (needs a shock) and hotel room bathrooms (quite dated).
