"still waiting on my refund. the not so customer friendly lady at the front desk on 10/17/26 @ roughly 3:20pm refused to give me a clean room with clean made beds. instead she wanted me to wait for it to be cleaned when it was supposed to be clean when she handed me the room keys. she offered me a full refund for the room i had booked because i was being argumentative towards her, which is half true. i was simply replying in the same tone she was providing customer service."
