Do not stay here , we extend it to be in a ugly area but we were not ready for the dirtiness. The room stank like smoke and dog, there was no shower curtains and all the amenities were dirty. Also the elevator is broken

No elevator is working. Keep in mind if you have mobility issues. Dirty room after getting to the third floor with luggage. It was the last room, so I had to go find another one. Front desk was helpful

Hotel had a smell of damp towels through out the building which included the room. Elevator was not working through out the 3 night stay. Stairwell was poorly maintained and if you are not careful, you could easily trip and fall. Cleaning the room also seemed like an after thought as I found undergarments under the chair in the room and the table. If you have an early flight, there is no way to check out. Also you have to take out your own trash or get charged a fee. They stay was in no way worth what was charged.

My stay was awful. The elevator was broken and I am a disabled veteran. It was a struggle to get up the stairs and when we got there, although the sheets appeared clean, the walls, floor and stove were FILTHY. I actually had to buy cleaning supplies to fix the room as no other rooms were available. Staff was not at the desk and towels were barely available. Also, the back door was broken and wide open. My room was missing a top lock on the door. I would not recommend this hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR STUFF STOLEN BY HOUSEKEEPING or SOMEONE THAT HAS ACESS TO THE ROOM. HOTEL SMELLS AND IS IN TERRIBLE CONDITION. STAYED 2 NIGHTS AND HAD HALF OUR CLOTHES STOLEN FROM THE ROOM. FRONT DESK WAS NO HELP AT ALL. JUST SAID MANAGEMENT IS OUT FOR A WEEK.

Robert the night attendant who did check in was an amazing host who went above and beyond to make sure my check in was nice and I had everything I needed keep up the excellent Robert he rocks and the hotel was clean and amazing…thanks you guys

Room was nasty the first room that I got the young guy at the front desk was really really nice I will see that but the pictures that you see online that is not how it looks it looks like you're going into a drug infested Hotel with people in the hallway roaches rats everything drug addicts homeless people all outside I was scared to even go in I didn't want to touch anything I cried and I lost my money just not to stay there please do not go there if you see them pics online they are lying that is false advertising

when we got there we were checked into a room that was dirty. had to go and get a new room and the new room didn’t have working AC. the elevator was not working and the building was dirty. no toilet paper or shampoo and conditioner. horrible experience.

1. Door didn't lock 2. Elevator dont work. I was on the 3rd floor. 3. No cameras in hallways or on stairs. 4. Hallways very dirty and strong odor of mold or b.o. 5. Fridge didn't work. 6. Remote didn't work 7. Towels have seen better days almost see thru. Place reminds me of those housing projects you see in New York. Only good thing was the soap. It still had the wrapper on it.

I had to pull over on the side to road to write this review from the time I ended the property. There was no assist the guy that was there was so rude. The keys did not work. We tried them three times. The elevator did not work. the room was on the third floor. It looked like a place at the Third World country. I have visited these hotels plenty of times and never have ever seen one in this bad condition. It does not represent the brand as I know.
