"I booked a room for my Mom, who does not travel or use computers. I called ahead to ensure her check in process would go smoothly and Dante (11/18 evening) was fantastic on the phone ensuring her check in and comfort details went smoothly. Then this morning, Jelisa (11/19 overnight) helped my Mom with directions and check-out to ensure her departure went smoothly as well. They both did an outstanding job ensuring my Mom's stay was great! Thank you for their excellent customer service! "

"Beautiful hotel. The staff were excellent, room was very clean and spacious with nice decor and high ceilings. The bathroom was huge with a big walk in shower. Bed was very comfortable with nice linens. "
