An oasis of peace and yet all attractive destinations quickly accessible

In the middle of a natural oasis with breathtaking views of the Apuan mountains, you can enjoy a spectacle beyond compare what we would like to share with you. Here you can find the peace for a break and yet everything is within 30 minutes. The house has 5 bedrooms with double beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. 2 rooms lead out to a large terrace where you can spend cozy evenings. A lounge and a kitchen with enough seats completes the ambience. The garden is available for free use and leaves plenty of room to rest.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Tanjas Ferienhaus. Trotz unserer späten Ankunft konnten wir problemlos einchecken. Das Ferienhaus ist etwas abgelegen aber dafür sind Meer und Berge und Wasserfall gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und schick, komfortabel mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Einzig die Ausstattung der Küche könnte etwas umfangreicher sein: Käsereibe, Waage, bessere Messer. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Anna, die uns herzlich empfangen hat und mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand und uns mit Kuchen, Tomaten und Mirabellen verwöhnte.

Toskana fanboys - Vielen Dank!

Zwei Wochen durften wir in der Oase der Ruhe in einem wunderschönen Haus, mit reichlich Platz für uns zehn Reisende in einer liebevollen Landschaft mit Blick auf die atemberaubenden apuanischen Alpen unseren Mehrgenerationenurlaub genießen. Schöne Tagesausflüge nach Pisa, Lucca, La Spezia, Carrara, Lerici, San Terenzo, Sori und an idyllische Cascate, waren gerahmt von toskanischen Sonnenaufgängen, abendlichem Grillen, Saltimbocce, Sternschnuppengucken vom Oasendach aus und manch' lustiger, froher Runde. Landschaft, Kultur, Baden, Essen und Trinken, einfach beim Zikadenzirpen mit einem guten Buch auf der Terrasse die Seele baumeln lassen, waren Freude und Erholung pur und vom Kleinsten (2 Jahre) bis zum nonno (76 Jahre) waren alle rundum glücklich und zufrieden. Unser herzlicher Dank geht an Anna, die uns liebevoll begrüßt und verabschiedet hat, samt leckerem Kuchen bei unserer Ankunft. Und natürlich an Tanja, für die freundliche Kommunikation und die Bereitstellung dieses ganz besonderen Kleinods, in dem wir erfüllte Tage verbringen durften.

Sommerurlaub

Das Haus war super. Man hat dort eine wunderbar ruhige Lage und einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Carrara Berge. Was uns sehr gefallen hat war, dass man den schönen Ausblick sowohl auf der schönen Terrasse draußen, als auch auf einem Balkon neben der Küche und sogar von der tollen und großen Dachterasse aus bewundern kann. Auch Anna, die Dame die uns in Empfang genommen hat und sich um das Haus kümmert, war einfach so lieb und bemüht, dass es uns bei unserem Aufenthalt an nichts fehlt. Sie hat uns sogar mit einem frisch gebacken Kuchen in Empfang genommen und uns im laufe der Woche, neben einem Toaster nachdem wir gefragt hatten, sogar nochmal einen Kuchen vorbeigebracht. Sie war einfach toll und unser Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus in der Nähe von Aulla ebenfalls.

Off the Beaten Track

This house has lovely bedrooms and beautiful views of the mountains from its terraces and garden. It is in a very quiet part of northern Tuscany, and also near the Ligurian coast. There are many beautiful spots to explore very nearby. We particularly enjoyed some of the natural swimming spots, including one where you could barbecue some delicious local beef. We also liked driving up to some of the surrounding remote hilltop villages, with their incredible views, and were lucky enough to attend a wonderful local sagra in one nearby on our final evening.

We recommend not to go there (fortement déconseillé)

We strongly recommend you not to rent this house. It's is not located in Aulla, but in a very small village attached to Aulla which is 30 minutes drive from Aulla. So, if you want to go to the sea, Pise or Cinque Terre you will have to drive at least 1h30. More than 2h30 for Florence and Siena. We got the exact address after the deadline for cancelation. So be very careful. The parking slot are in a row, which means we had to move several cars each time someone wanted to go out. The rooms are ok. But the common part are far too small for a group of 10 people. I would say 6 people should be the maximum. The photo of the kitchen is misleading as the table currently in the kitchen is smaller and can't accomodate ten people. The living room is also very small, it's in the room of the stairs. There are two small couchs and that's all. We had to stay outside to fit everybody whereas there is no strong light (so in the dark you barely see each others) and a lot (lot) of mosquitoes. The garden part is not flat and not maintained, So we couldn't use it. We stayed on the terrace. You have to know that it's not a full house here. It's only the first and second floor of an house. The ground floor is inhabited by someone. It's not suitable for disabled or children. There are a lot of stairs, and they are steep. Overall, we hadn't a good experience there as we had to drive a lot more than expected to go everywhere and we were not comfortable in the house because it was too small.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Super Empfang von Tanja und ihrem Mann. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, haben uns gleich mit Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants versorgt. Das Haus schön groß, die Küche könnte etwas komfortabler ausgestattet sein. Tolle Dachtetasse. Bis zum Meer sind es ca 25-30min. Wunderschöner Blick auf die Apenninen und Apuanen.

Perfecta Casa para Veranear con amigos

La casa es un antiguo B&B, por lo que cada habitación dispone de su propio lavabo, es fantástico para poder alquilar hasta 10 personas y no tener que preocuparte por ese tema. Está alojada en un paraje excepcional y muy tranquilo, con una vistas espectaculares, para poder relajarte después de la visita diaria a las diversas ciudades que tienes en la zona. Anna y su marido, fueron unos anfitriones excelentes, nos acomodaron, y nos solucionaron todos los pequeños problemas que surgieron en un instante, sea la hora que fuera en 5 minutos llegaban al alojamiento, para su resolución....y qué decir de los pasteles/ tortas de Anna que nos preparó a nuestra llegada, una delicia. Como mejora para el 2023, será la incorporación de una piscina en el alojamiento, es una mejora importante. Muchas gracias por todo.

Super séjour

Super accueil de Anna. Gentille, disponible et généreuse. La maison est charmante, et très propre même mieux que sur les photos. Un peu loin de la mer (20min). Il manque juste une lumière pour manger sur la terrasse et un étendoir. Expérience à renouveler !!

Capodanno in dieci persone

La casa è accogliente, disposta su due piani e ben ristrutturata. Tre delle cinque camere possono ospitare delle coppie, le altre due hanno una metratura maggiore, tutte hanno il proprio bagno e tutte con ottimi materassi. La cucina non è enorme, ma in grado di far stare una decina di persone sedute al tavolo a mangiare. La sala è piccola ma comunque confortevole e basta un po' di spirito di adattamento per potersi riunire. La proprietaria è una persona sorridente disponibile gentile e assolutamente discreta. La casa si trova nel cuore della Lunigiana nella zona in cui dagli Appennini si passa alla Alpi e il cambiamento delle cime è uno spettacolo che vale la pena vedere. Grazie alla vicinanza dell'autostrada ci si muove con buona comodità verso la costa di levante della Liguria e il nord della Toscana, oltre ovviamente a potersi muovere tra i paesini della stessa Lunigiana.
