With approximately 1,000 feet of Eau Claire River frontage, this special getaway offers room to breathe, explore, and make memories. Whether you're planning a romantic escape, a relaxing weekend with friends, a family adventure, or simply some much-needed time away from screens and schedules, this is your invitation to disconnect from the everyday and reconnect with what matters.

Imagine waking up to peaceful river views, spending your afternoon kayaking along the Eau Claire River, and ending the day around a crackling campfire beneath a sky full of stars.

Inside, the cabin is bright, comfortable, and fully updated while keeping its nature character. The living room has two sliding with river views. Step outside onto a riverside deck for your morning coffee.

The riverside bedroom has a queen bed and nightstand. Bedroom 2 has a queen and closet. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and a closet. A loft above stores a futon for small children.

Central heat Starlink high-speed Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, and board games are also provided. A foosball and poker table reside in the basement for more entertainment.

Guest access
Guests have access to the cabin with the exception of one locked linen closet, inside storage area and outside attached shed. The garage is used for kayak and paddles storage along with other yard games.

Dogs are permitted with an additional fee. Two dogs maximum and owners are expected to remove pet waste before departure.

WELL WATER: Water comes from a well that is tested annually for safety and is more than 150 feet deep.

Kayaks, paddles and life vests are available for use at no additional cost. A signed waiver is required to use.

CAMERAS & MONITORING: There is a blink camera facing the porch door on backside of cabin and on deck on river side of cabin. The blink cameras allows live two-way talk with someone at the cameras. Cell phone cameras are located at the entraced of the property.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property, minus a locked storage closet, linen closet and outside locked shed.
