The room was absurdly disgusting. Broken mirrors, mold and grotesque weird chunky stuff on curtains. The halls a horrible smell something that reminded me of a barn yard in 100° weather. The lady that checked us in was super nice but under trained before being left alone then was blamed for putting us in the gross room. The room we were transferred to wasnt much better the fridge didnt work so all the food we had went bad. The manager didnt care and made us (2 women alone) feel uncomfortable and nervous for our safety.

I was on a business trip. I arrived late because of a snow storm and the person checking me in was very nice and friendly, taking the time to see that I could get to my room and not get lost. Checkout the next morning was quick and easy. That person checking me out again was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint about the cleanliness wasn't to do with my room, but the hall carpeting could use a good cleaning or maybe even replacement.

This waa our third stay. Rooms are clean and beds soft. Staff is friendly. Only gave 4 stars since we had a broken bed on one stay and in general minor damages vidible throughout hotel/rooms. The mobilitu showers are wheel chair roll ins. Pro is the microwave and fridge/coffee Decent stay for the very low price.

Expedia shouldn’t have this hotel as an option. It’s very old and extremely dated. Not that clean either. The curtains in my room were disgustingly dirty. I am sure they have been hanging there for decades If I hadn’t drove for 15 hours and wasn’t so tired I never would have stayed. The pictures on the website are not even close to the state of the hotel. The gentleman on the desk was very friendly.
