"This hotel had laundry, the reason I stayed there. The machines worked fine, and the desk helpfully changed the requisite number of quarters. The laundry room really could use a good cleaning.The room was nice and large though."

"Property is pretty new. Nice size fridge and full stove/oven. Our unit did not have a dishwasher, but it was just an overnight stay. Bed was comfortable, but comforter was very heavy. More like a January comforter than May. Also, IF YOU HAVE A DISABILITY, make sure you ask for a room with accommodations. The tub is raised and was difficult for me to enter. Also, tub bottom is not a safety flooring and no grab handles. There is a bath mat. Only suggestion I have is a couple more towels in bathroom and a couple of more pillows on bed or available in closet. Not everyone sleeps with only 1 pillow and as I have a disability that affects my legs and feet, it's nice to sleep with a pillow under my knees. All in all, nice place. Will stay again!"

"Check in was suppose to be at 3pm, we arrived at 4:45 to no clean rooms. They tried to have us check into a dirty room and when I asked to just cancel the reservation (the place was notably filthy and there were several people waiting in the office because their room was also dirty) they informed us their cleaner had called out and they had 75 rooms that needed to be cleaned. They refused to cancel our reservation or refund us. Will never be using their services again."

"This is the second time we've stayed here. We occasionally need to be close to Augusta Valley Health facilities. This will now be our go-to spot for that. It's been newly renovated and was very well done. It's always clean, and staff are very friendly and helpful. (Jamie is especially top notch!) The breakfast offers a wide variety of hot and cold options. I especially love it because they have gluten free items, including muffins. And all of this for a reasonable price. They've earned repeat customers in us! "

"The filthiest most broken down place I’ve been in my entire life. Windows won’t close and lock, water in sink wouldn’t drain, broken fixtures from the 1960s, everything water damaged, filthy beyond words. I wouldn’t even step into the shower. I thought, how bad could it be? Bad enough to tuck in your shirt, sleep with your shoes on and with one eye open. Put toilet paper on the toilet seat like a NJ rest area and move on with no shower. I wouldn’t have paid $10 to overnight in this room. I thought about sleeping in the car once I saw it."

"By the time we got to the hotel we were left outside No one to talk to No key to enter the room However we spent the night in the parking lot We really got sick sleeping in our truck and we are hoping someone will reach out to us to recompense us for the inconvenience caused by their housekeeper"
