"The location and cleanliness of the suite was top notch. There were a few minor fixtures that needed work but nothing that detracted from our stay. A+"

"The location of this apartment is okay, and check-in was very smooth. The apartment is a bit worn in some places and could benefit from some maintenance, especially the windows, the blinds, and baseboard heaters are broken. The toilet was not cleaned and there was no toilet paper. I contacted the host and he did drop some off about 6 hours later. For the kitchen, the oven, underneath the sink, and the utensil drawer were not cleaned. A quick heads-up to future guests, bring your own linens....

"Considering this apartment’s great price & convenient location - across from the convention center, and just a block away from the Redding terminal market, you really can’t go wrong! It’s one bedroom, but there are two full-size beds and a couch that can be converted into a sleeper as well as a few air mattresses in the closet if needed. We discovered the floors were a bit dirty, which we didn’t realize until we started getting into bed and our socks were leaving hair and dust and lint all over...

It was in close proximity to several really great restaurants! However, there were a few cons. The building itself is pretty old and dirty.
