"This property is nice and conveniently located near to major attractions in Kissimmee. The cost wasn’t bad for the unit we received, but it was pretty dated and could have been cleaner in some areas. I usually do a bit of a deep clean when I get to frequently used spaces, but had to do a thorough clean in the kitchenette area, especially the flat stove stop. Overall, not bad and you can save money by preparing meals if you have a kitchen/kitchenette situation."

"Rooms were dirty there was hair in the bathtubs I called the guest service they supposed to send somebody to clean it .. 5 days passed and nobody arrived .. I guess they got lost in the building ! Other then that rooms are huge and beautiful but becareful where you book it becouse they will put you at the end of the resort where u have to walk 10 min to the pools.. adding very expensive at the resort ! Drinks are like water but they charge 21 dollars for it ..on top of that they add tip so check your bill so u don’t tip double lien we did !"

"The property was great and the breakfast was very good. Our room was never cleaned (at all) over a five day stay. I had to ask for a cleaning and it did not happen despite several trips to the front desk to ask as well as to get fresh towels as needed. I was told a manager would reach out to me by the front desk staff and this has yet to happen. "

"This place was terrible. The staff did not care. They were hanging out in tank tops behind the front desk. We had to be changed rooms three times because one wasn’t clean and the seco d the door knob was brokenand key card wood not work. When I brought it ip to the staff they acted like I was asking for too much. The room was dirty and the door knob was broken. Will not stay here again."

"The staff was friendly and everything appeared clean. It’s nothing super fancy, so don’t go there if you want luxury. But DO stay there if you want a place to sleep, a good location, free parking and lots of families with a shared interest (theme parks). "

"The door to my hotel room was too small for the door frame so there was a large gap at the bottom and the door was not installed properly so you weren’t able to lock the deadbolt.The curtains in the window that overlooked the bed and the entire room did not stay closed. Maintenance answer to that was paper clips to hold the curtain closed and they rolled up towel at the door. There was no door on the bathroom just rusty hinges and the bathtub was missing a piece of the molding so dried glue was showing. The floor was cracked and had gaps. One day while I was out, staff entered my room to leave a luggage rack that I did not ask for and to turn up the temperature on the air conditioning. Unfortunately, I was told by the property and Expedia that they could not move me and I was in a position where I was stuck staying there, but I would never use this property again. "Disappointed the adult pool was closed, but understand - the outdoor bar and barcade hours should be longer. Crazy that they close so early . "
