"We booked this hostel more than a month ago and arrived around 8 PM after a one-hour drive from San Sebastián. The parking lot was closed, and when my husband walked to the door, he found it locked. He knocked, but no one answered. Suddenly, a guest from a nearby window informed us that the owner had gone out and that he was alone there (with no other guests). The guest suggested we call the numbers posted on the door. We called, but nobody answered. I immediately canceled our reservation...

"The beds were super comfortable. And the outside was great to relax. Rooms were very clean"

"We enjoyed our stay, staff were very friendly and the food was very tasty and well presented. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is out of town on one of the feeder roads onto the city. The decor and room are a little tired, but overall a great stay."

"Didn’t realize when I booked the room we had actually had a small automatic washing machine. Quick 15min bus ride to the Bull Ring. Staff was fantastic and the apartment style was a hit for the family. Great place to stay!"
