"Staff and service are 5/5. Extremely friendly, responsive and helpful. Food is 4/5. Better than most all inclusives. Umi and Sizzle were both very good. Reef buffet was always good with lots of variety and daily themes. Colin's Bar was a good place for a mid day snack and/or drink. Bars could have had a better selection of international brands. Resort is 3/5. Probably the area that could be most improved. Rooms are somewhat dated. Air conditioning could have been better with the humidity. Left bedding/clothing feeling a little damp. Shower water pressure could have been better but consistent with usual hotel pressure. We had a great time overall. The feel here is more intimate than larger resorts and amenities not as varied as same. Overlooking some of the dated infrastructure, this is a 4/5 resort if you want it to be."

"Breakfast buffet was okay. Staff was outstanding all around. Room was clean and looked recently renovated. I was disappointed to see some trash by the pool and in the beach. Usually when we travel staff is always walking around cleaning. That wasn’t the case here. "

"Eden on the sea was a perfect spot. Close to beach, restaurants, and bars. The staff was so nice and helpful. I would stay here again!"

"The view is as good as advertised. The palm trees gave for unreal sunset pics. The entire complex is top of line. My one petty issue was there was not a cooler in our unit to take beverages down to the beach. The cleaning staff is amazing. They clean the unit from top to bottom. Bathroom dishes change linens moped the whole unit. A 5 star rating Will come back again "
