"From the moment I arrived I felt welcome. The man at the reception check me in in like two minutes. The rooms I have commented before our fabulous. The beds are the most comfortable that I have found in any hotel. You can go to sleep at night peacefully because there is no noise because the walls are concrete. You don't hear anything from the outside. Even the bed when you get out in the middle of the night doesn't make any noise. Everything is quality. There are many things about the hotel that people do not notice but you should know. The general manager of the hotel seems to always be on duty and available. She seems to be everywhere because she cares a lot about that property and she is very professional in her ways. Many hotels you go to you will never ever see the general manager. They stay in an office. Not this one. The general manager is very accessible to any concerns or comments good or bad. The bar and pool and restaurant are on the roof level and very accommodating. Last night there was the United States soccer game and they even brought in an 84 inch television for the restaurant. I think that was super. When I went to my room, I could not find the channel where the game was on and I called reception and they immediately sent somebody to my room to adjust the TV so I could see the game. Super super good customer service. At first sight from the outside you can see that the hotel is very comfortable. Great outdoor seating at the front entrance . All super!"
