This Ventnor home is quaint and pleasing, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the nearby beach and boardwalk. Atlantic City is a short drive from the house where you can enjoy the Casinos, piers, boardwalk and many restaurants and bars.

LIVING ROOM: With comfortable couches, additional seating and a Smart TV with streaming apps (no cable).

Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.

CHECK-OUT and CLEANLINESS
Check-out on time to allow for cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees.
Keep the property clean. No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls.
Additional cleaning fees apply for damages, excessive mess, or soiled items.
SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY and PROPERTY CARE
No smoking or drugs indoors. A $250 fee applies for violations.
No open flames, candles, or wax.
Only flush toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, or other materials.

Lock doors and windows when leaving.
Missing or damaged items will be charged:
