"We come here every year but this year the dude at the reception put a dent in our stay as soon as we arrived. Zero communication skills. Absent from the reception every 10 minutes he would disappear for 10-15 min. He refused to open the doors between our rooms claiming he does not have a key. His colleagues confirmed that was a lie. We had to change our sleep configuration (small kids) which was a major inconvenience to say the least "

"Bathroom glas wall full of mould. Room was ok. Breakfast room in the Hotel not available oan oane day. We had to walk 100m in bad weather to the bowling restaurant for breakfast."

"Very clean! The free breakfast is great with lots of choices - hot and cold. The pool area has lots of chairs, we just didn’t have the time to use it. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but did ask for a couple glasses of wine to take to our room which was no problem. Very easy walk to old town and lots if restaurants. Nice place! Enjoyable stay for us."

"Hotel is a little tired and need modernising with a refurb, but for the price I think it was a reasonable stay for one night, very close to the town centre, free parking and use of a swimming pool is a bonus."

"Right in the middle of old town, they have some.parking on site. You just have to convinvce the guard at the bottom of the hill that you have a space. Room and breakfast was great, one of the better stays I had on the trip."
