The room is very clean, the only complaint is the jets in the tub in the room do not work. But it was a nice soak. Heating worked great, amazing breakfast. I did not access the public pool or hot tub but it was open. Staff was helpful and informative about everything they offer.

The room was very clean with comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Staff is the best. There is always hot coffee in the lobby. This is my 2nd year here at Christmas time and I have never been disappointed.
