"No pool"

"This is a budget hotel. The room was clean, but it is not being maintained. Water pressure in shower was great, but it is causing water damage on the ceiling. Cloth chair in room was stained and desk chair was dirty. If you want an inexpensive place to stay in Etowah, this is a good choice. Walking distance to many restaurants."

"For 3 days, A/C was very loud. Ice machine out of order. Pool out of order. Gym out of order. Water dispenser out of order. Sticky residue on room floors. Staff stared at us when in view of them - creepy. Definitely not worth the $. "

"Parking lot was a complete sheet of ice. Had not tried to make it safe at all."

"Wnjoyed our weekend getaway came to visit my mom who recently moved to the area. Cabin was clean plenty of entertainment and my dogs loved hanging out with us around the fire. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone "

"EVERY worker, from front desk to the dining area to the cleaning people to workers in the hallway and on the elevator, were SO polite, personal and helpful. They don’t seem to treat the customers as customers, but as family. My husband and I travel quite a bit and we have NEVER been so impressed by the staff. It was truly a blessing for us to stay in the company of such sweet, professional people. Thank y’all for everything!!! You made our stay…well, let’s just say, we didn’t want to leave! 😉😁🤗"
