The staff were very lovely and helpful! They accommodated a late check in and even upgraded our accommodations to make us feel welcome. They also gave us a mini tour of the countryside on our way to the airport. Beautiful space and convenient for travel!

Wonderful stay, owners were helpful and kind and location was exceptionally clean. No food available on site but easy delivery from nearby restaurants and the owner was very helpful in providing info about restaurants and nearby grocery store. Will stay here again 100%!

The enclosed, gated compound was excellent. All the amenities were new and well thought out. Probably one of the best, if not the best equipped short stays we’ve booked and used in the past several years. The location was very convenient for airport access, which was our main concern. We only stayed one night, and would definitely consider using this facility for a longer stay in the future. Excellent concept!

The modular bungalows are amazing! Such friendly staff and great hospitality. Elias was so helpful with the transfers (pick up and drop off) from the airport. The pool is a delight and very relaxing. Would definitely recommend this unique stay to anyone wanting to stay near Athens airport. Many great amenities close by!

Our time at Modular Bungalows was short, but excellent! The property is exactly as advertised and the customer service was first class. Both Elias and his wife were amazing and made us feel so welcome with a nice bottle of wine and great information about the area. The paid shuttle to the hotel from the cruise port was a great help and very much appreciated. Elias checked in with us both prior to and during our stay. To make things even better, we were served an unprompted platter of various fresh summer fruit that was way too bountiful for two people, but oh so delicious! Next time we are in Athens, this will definitely be our choice of accommodation. It is very close to the beach, restaurants, and points of interest. Our only disappointment was not having more time there. We also loved meeting Maxine, the resident kitten, who came and greeted us. She was the cutest, friendliest kitty! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My family of 5 had a lovely stay here awaiting our return trip home from vacation. This family-owned business is very well designed and cared for by the owners. The owners are lovely people who make you feel right at home. They helped pick us up from the airport and dropped us off last minute as our flight was changed last minute and we had to make a mad dash for the airport. The staff immediately sprung into action and helped us race off to the airport. They were wonderful. Thank you! The modern bungalows are very modern, clean, and very nice. I can't say enough about this wonderful family business. God bless you guys!

This place is amazing. Stayed there to sleep near airport and acclimate before a cruise. So relaxing and quiet. Staff are kind and helpful. Able to walk down to the beach in abt 15 minutes to swim and eat sea food. The bathroom is very nice and modern. The pool is magnesium, not chlorine, making it so relaxing. It’s a little oasis in the countryside 15 min from Athens airport. Such a cool find.

Elias and Alina were great hosts, very friendly and full of useful local info. Great spot for a relaxing stay or a few nights before your flight home. Some nice tavernas nearby or if you want more options travel to Artemedia or Port Rafti by taxi. A local bus takes you to the Athens metro if sightseeing is of interest. Boat trips, zoo and other days out are nearby/within a taxi ride.
