Fantastic location in The heart of Psyrri. Everything at your doorstep. Staff were very helpful and the “penthouse has three decks with a view of the acropolis. Upper room has a windy staircase so watch your suitcase sizes. Great location.

This place is amazing! The easiness to get around anywhere is incredible; restaurants, shopping, night life - WOW! The staff was extremely helpful and when asked set us up with transportation from the airport and then to the port (we were going on a cruise) Everything was walking distance even the Pantheon. The room was clean and comfortable. Just perfect.

This hotel is reasonable. The great aspect is their staff. The communication was very thorough and efficient. They also tried their best to accommodate our early check in request. Really helpful staff. The area downstairs has quite a few very loud restaurants, however. The 1st night was noisy and lasted till 12. The 2nd night was SUPER noisy and lasted past 1:30.

Wonderful location

You couldn’t ask for a better location! The property was a 5 minute walk from the metro station that led directly to the airport, and within a very lively neighbourhood filled with fantastic restaurants and steps away from most of Athens’s well known sites. I would definitely recommend it to any friends going forward, and will gladly stay here again if/when I ever return to Athens.

Awesome location to really experience Athens

A great location, right in the middle of one of the coolest areas in Athens and a short walk from everything else. If you want to be amongst it, then this is the place for you. The room was comfortable with everything we needed, but with so much stuff right on our doorstep, we weren't in there much.

We stayed in the apartment in the Psiri neighborhood which is steps and walking distance to everything! The staff was super friendly and helpful! Only small issue is that this location is very noisy with local restaurants music going on until 2:00 am- they have another location which is quieter. The location is vibrant and great if you want to be walking distance to everything !!

Just what we needed. Space for for a family of five, clean and spacious for Athens. We walked to the Parthanon we walked to monastiraki and sintagma sqaure to see the changing of the gard. We were able to take in all the major sights by foot. Make sure to eat at Atlantico an amazing little seafood spot 3 minutes from the apartment. Just be aware of the Cuban restaurant next door thay like to party till 1 am.

The apartments were centrally located and communication was good. However, the apartments needed maintenance as there was mold in the shower, the doors did not latch properly, the kitchen faucet was partly detached, and hot water was not always available to shower. Further, while ear plugs were provided, the apartment was loud with outside noise and it was difficult to sleep.

This location was perfect for site seeing ! You can hop directly onto the train from the airport and you’re there under hour. It’s also a 20-30 minute walk to acropolis and 10 minutes to the agora. We stayed at ground level 5 apartment and it was basic room but served our needs and ac worked great and bed was comfortable. It’s in great area for finding food and drinks. Only downside was you can hear the noise outside since you’re on the ground by the action, so if you’re a light sleeper avoid this room. We did the host check in and staff were so nice ! You don’t really need to do it because they give you easy instructions and if there’s any issue their office is 5 minutes around the corner. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want a great location for a great price and great price. It definitely feels like a safe location since it’s so busy and there’s some local shopping with decent prices

For a party crowd

This should be advertised as a great place for people who want to party all night. The area is fun and full of great restaurants and shops. Its very well located for walking. However it is right on top of several extremely loud bars with music until 3am. They supply ear plugs but its useless. It is not sound proof at all. This is great if you are wanting a party but not if you want to be asleep by midnight. Rooms are basic and fine but communication is confusing and inconsistent. You will get one answer then another and the reception hours are not great for international travel. Also hot water takes time to heat and isnt really reliable. Also if you read the reviews please note they disregard guests issues and blame complaintson guests. This is for a party crowd who want to be out all night but would be convenient if you want that.

Overall good, but mixed feelings...

Well... I had mixed feelings for this apartment. The location is simply great: in the middle of Psyrri, lots of pubs very close, lively atmosphere. With the double glasses windows the apartment is equipped with you can sleep pretty well in any case, and you are also supplied ear pods, so no worries at all. The service is good: the people I interacted with via messages were very helpful, supportive and kind, although not all the provided information was accurate (the night parking price was 15 instead that 12 euros, but no big issue). The apartment (I am referring to #10) is pretty old. Perfect for 2 people, fine for 3 to 4, definitely a bit too little for 5, as we were. Something had to be fixed (e.g.: main entrance door's handle). The bathroom is way too little, even for just two, and with more than traces of mold. The bad part is this: no running hot water at all. You need to switch the boiler on 30 (they say - 45 is far better, but it automatically switches off after 30 mins, so remember to switch it on again...) minutes before your shower. The hot water is enough for 1 to 2 showers. You get that as we were five we needed 2 hours to have a shower taken. No problem if this was mentioned on the hotels.com website, but it simply wasn't. When I complained, I was told - actually very politely - that the information was supplied in the instructions in the apartment, and that the price was lower because of that. The point is that this is unacceptable. If I knew that...
