The staff at the front desk were helpful and the cleaning was done. They only cleaned the main areas,there were areas that didn't get cleaned. The hotel it self is in the vicinity of attractions with lots of coffee shops and restaurants close by.

Staff great,breakfast great,shopping close. My issue was , not thinking I’m allergic to dust mites and bed bugs, all of which cost me a bad night and a lot of money spent at pharmacy. For young people , looking for cheap accommodation and the basics- great.

Basic amenities available, ok for the price. Staff were present at the reception desk all the time which was helpful for checking out at 3 am. Room and bathroom were very small but for two nights that was manageable.

The reception personnel were very professional , polite and helpful all the time we were there . The person at the breakfast was polite,the display of breakfast food was good too. The room was clean when we arrived but after that the sheets and towels were no change all the days we stayed,no soap nor shampoo in the bottle provided that was stook by the shower.The garbage wasn't picked all the days we were there.Location is excellent.

Was a great location, staff were really nice. Place was a little run down in the bedroom and lights not working on the stairs. Also, near a police station, so can hear police cars throughout the night, so windows will need shutting to stop hearing them, windows were great! Shame on the poor aircon to keep cool due to windows being closed!

Fantastic value. Excellent location, making it easy to get around Athens, and the staff were very helpful with communicating and information to reach the hotel. If you just want a budget hotel that's easy to get to and from when touring the city, this is a perfect place.

Wonderful service

It was very good compared to the price, but it was a fine small room where you could grab a shower and sleep. The staff was welcoming and answered all our questions and requests with smile and professional. The breakfast was decent. We would definitely be back here if we come back to Athens because of the wonderful service!

The hotel is a little run down and would benefit greatly from redecoration. Our family room was tiny. On balance the location is fantastic, the hotel is clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. If you use a hotel as a place to sleep as your out doing stuff all day then this hotel is great. If you want more from a hotel than a bed and a bathroom this may not be the place for you.

A very good place to stay in Athens

The hotel is a walking distance to most points of interest, and a few steps away from Omonia metro station. My room (210) was clean, comfortable, and quiet—no issues. The continental breakfast (€5) is good and tasty. The staff is friendly, polite and professional. The property is well maintained and a recommended value-option when in Athens.

Small Hotel Near Many Conveniences

This hotel is nestled among shops, various types of restaurants, Omonis station metro, near buses, businesses, and other hotels. Everything is convenient and accessible. There is a breakfast buffet with only a few options. No scrambled eggs, and not a variety of meats, but fruit, boiled eggs, cereal, and beverages. Okay for a few nights stay.

Rooms small but very clean and tidy. Breakfast basic but OK. Outside would be the only real negative point. In the evenings it's dirty and unlit with a lot of homeless in the area.
