This air-conditioned apartment in an elegant building has two well-appointed bedrooms and accommodates a total of six guests. With its modern aesthetic, this immaculate apartment was designed with traveling guests' comfort in mind. It can be your home away from home throughout your stay.
Enjoy eating at home thanks to the well-equipped, full kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Small appliances include a microwave and coffee maker. Also included are essential items such as pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery. For guests' convenience, there also is a clothes washer. (If you prefer not to cook during your stay, some of Athens's best eateries are just minutes away!) The dining room is immediately adjacent to the kitchen.
The living room is bright with plenty of natural light, making it a pleasant place for downtime. There is a flat-screen television.
Both bedrooms are spacious and well-appointed for guests to enjoy a good night's rest after a long day of being a tourist - each room has a comfortable queen-sized bed. Pick a bedroom and tuck yourself in! Two guests can sleep on the living room sofa bed. We provide quality linens and towels for each guest.
The modern bathroom is immaculate with an accessible step-into shower. Included are toilet paper, toiletries, iron, and a hairdryer.

Lovely broad pedestrian sidewalks border the tree-lined streets, making this area attractive to tourists and locals. The neighborhood is dotted with upscale boutiques, cafes, and restaurants.

Most of Athens' major historical sites are just minutes away, and the international airport is 11.2 miles, less than 30-minutes by car.
This apartment is less than 0.6 miles from Syntagma Square and 0.6 miles from the University of Athens - Central Building.
The Acropolis is 1.1 miles.
Kolonaki Square is 0.2 miles.
Lycabettus Hill is 0.2 miles.
Byzantine Museum is 0.2 miles.

Other Things to Note:
We would like to inform you about an important regulation mandated by the Greek government. From April to October, all guests are required by law to pay an Environmental Fee. This fee cannot be included in the booking price and must be collected separately before arrival, as stipulated by the Greek authorities.

The fee is:

€15 per night for villas

Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax.

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.

Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.

We completely understand this might be frustrating, and we sincerely wish we could make it easier for you. However, we are legally obligated to comply, and without this payment, check-in is not permitted.
