"The hotel was very nice. The pool would be considered quite small based on how many chairs they have out. I liked that they added extra chairs during the day but then was able to remove them for dinner service. Staff was very helpful and nice. The only thing that I would recommend to the hotel to change is the bed options. Their option is 2 twins or a queen, however this is not accurate. They have two twin beds in the room that are pushed together to make a queen. You can push or separate as needed. Even when pushed together, there is a gap in between and due to the nature of those beds, the mattresses often slides off the bottom. I would have preferred either stationary option of bed."

"Lovely hotel very close to Acropolis and Pantheon. Great plunge pool for a cool down at end of a day walking around Athens. All staff spoke excellent English, very friendly. Roof top restaurant is excellent, great views but also high London style prices, that said the quality of the food was also outstanding. Really good air con, and a very varied breakfast selection. It’s a 5 star hotel, and it lives up to its reputation."

"Rooms clean, have in room fridge and instant coffee. pool nice but they don’t really tell you the rules so if you grab a towel and sit down they make you feel like a criminal. I don’t mind waiting for the pool attendant to do it but make that clear. The 10 euro spend is fine. I didn’t love the check in process. You have to wait until exactly 3pm and when you ask about early check in they are not communicative that the rooms are ready so you kind of have to keep asking them even if you are sitting right in front of reception. All that said, it’s a nice property and very reasonable. Access to the main tourist sites is easy by subway about a 8min walk away. Would recommend."

"It’s a nice hotel, but if there was one thing we struggled with was the lack of air conditioning in our room. There was a limit to how high you can put it and we were very hot at night, it is 30+ degrees in the summer and we needed more to sleep comfortably. As for staff, we went for breakfast everyday because it was included but the staff didn’t seem very welcoming, rarely they came to bring us water or ask for our coffee order. For a luxury hotel, I would expect better service from staff. And the hotel is not at the best location, you cannot actually walk to town from it, we had to take a taxi everytime which we found it to be a hassle."
