Close to town, pubs, the river, shops and the city centre. Even Charles Dickens stayed her many MANY years ago!"

"Nice room, quiet and very comfortable room overlooking the car park. Oak Room was very good for supper - staff helpful and excellent food. Gym refurbished - all black and brooding. The only improvement staff wise is the spa staff should be more visible on arrival and not on the iPhone in the back room."
