The hotel was outstanding from check in to check out. Only one downside was they never explained to go to guest services to book for the Ć la carte restuarants which we found out 3 days into our holiday. These were worth the money as the main buffet was just carnage and stressed us out quite a bit. The pool side snack bar was amazing and became our preference for a brunch. All in all an amazing hotel would

Overall a good experience
Multiple power cuts on the last day which was a shame
Housekeeping was a little inconsistent one day towels another day nothing etc
Kids facilities fantastic
Local knowledge was a little sketchy which didnāt help and I would have thought English language would have been reasonably strong considering the amount of British visitors wasnāt the case though
Would happily come back overall the small issues were minor

We booked a family stay at the hotel but due to a last minute issue that denied the family boarding, we had to cancel our stay literally a few hours before we were supposed to arrive. We contacted the hotel as sson as we could and even though they were not obliged to refund our money, they did so in full and without any delay or fuss. These days this represents exceptional customer service and we are grateful to the Kremlin Palace for stepping up when our family holiday was ruined at the last minute.

"Room floor was full of dust the bathroom as well the hotel still under construction not yet ready, and for hot water you have to waste water for 10 minutes to get hot water then suddenly becomes cold and again becomes hot and so on, breakfast was a dish including few pieces of cucumber and tomato ..."
