"Hotel is In old town Nafplion so it’s easy to walk to restaurants, excellent location. A/C worked great in our room. At one point in the morning cleaning of filters was being done so a/c was turned off for a while. Would make more sense to service a/c’s in off season before crowds come. Every room (reception area, cafe rooms, etc. in hotel had good a/c which can be rare for a Greek hotel. Only hall coming out of elevator felt too warm. Breakfast could be improved with fresh squeezed orange juice, adding a better variety of cheeses, smoked salmon with chopped onions and caper. Croissants hard and never tasted buttery or fresh. As far as room: bed was comfortable enough but larger and softer (king sized) down pillows need to be offered, 2 per double bed and an investment needs to be made in much bigger and plusher bath towels. A hook in the bathtub area would have been helpful to take a shower instead of having to hold a hand held shower spray. Bathtub difficult to get in and out of and a stand up shower would have been appreciated with a glass door. TV is too small for the room. This hotel could be a five star hotel if these changes can be made and people would be willing to pay more per night. My main concern is a room with cold enough a/c and this hotel had that."
