"New Building with extremely poorly designed rooms. Hot water is not reliable, had to take 2 cold showers. Staff had no explanation as to why there was no hot water. Bathroom had a horrible setup, non shower doors or walls of any sort. No place to set anything. Everything gets wet when using the shower. "The bathroom was a wet room as the room allocated was for disabled persons and hence the water covered the entire floor. It was quite disgusting. Breakfast selection was very good. The bar had just one staff member at 4.30pm, so the waiting time to be served was 20mins. Poor staffing for a 350 room hotel. "
