"For the price, everything felt a bit dated and in need of a refresh. My aircon didn’t work properly in my room all week. Breakfast was ok. Staff were helpful when it came to helping with taxis, etc. Good location. Next time I’m in Astana I would look to try somewhere else though"

"The receptionist was exceptionally rude and said cruel things to my guests that were traveling with me. She treated us as if we were not worthy of her hotel. I had paid 5 months in advance and she acted as if they didn’t have a room for us but a later receptionist showed us 4 rooms to choose from. I wrote to management and the failed to respond. The first room That the rude woman gave us smelled strongly of mold. It was u bearable but we thought we had no choice. Then the helpful man gave us real options. Never again. "

"Good location etc. but staff were not welcoming and didn't speak English as advertised (doesn’t bother me and I’m happy to will it with Google translate, but if you’re going to advertise it and also look like you cannot be bothered to be there, doesn’t make for a good impression). Rooms not cleaned unless you ask. Can probably find similar places with more of a welcome and similar amenities if you plan in advance, nothing special. "
