"We booked for 6 people but neither bed settee was made up. We eventually found some duvets and pillows but no clean sheets so opened a packet of new sheets we found in a room in the basement. The same with towels.The washing machine was on with a load of washing in it full of water. There was a pile of dirty bedding in a room in the basement. There were no instructions in the flat at all .The lights and other electrical systems were ridiculously complicated. Also no instructions about hot water...

"Well, you get what you pay for... We didn't want to stay in a hotel in the heart of town, because you don't get much room to move around in your room, and no refrigerator or microwave, just a bed to sleep in. So we opted for this little cottage. So you do get a microwave and refrigerator, but still not much room to move round in. And you're not really in the center of town, you still have to take a bus or drive into town, so you might as well have stayed in a hotel. I don't know, I wish I could...

"Overall a great property with the absolute best central location. The apartment was spotless and well appointed with a very usable kitchen, spacious living area, laundry and a very good size bedroom (we only used one). There are heaters in each room if you need them & plenty of towels in the bathroom. The living and bedroom are upstairs from the bathroom & kitchen so may not be the best place if you have mobility issues. Telephone communication was fine - I was a little concerned that my Stayz...

"Perfect spot to check out all the Christmas Markets! You are right in the middle of everything here- the hotel is on the “wine road” with a cute little courtyard area. There is a glockenspiel on the building- our room shared the wall- which was pretty cool. We ended up having dinner in the restaurant attached- Peter our waiter- was super friendly and let us try some of the wines before we picked a glass each and had us try some of the house made schnapps. Enjoyed our time and would recommend. We also stayed with another family and each had our sons with us- 9 and 11 year olds- and the couch beds worked out well for them. "
