Stunning View Red Mtn Property 2 Min From Town

Brand New Remodel, Amazing views, 7 bed, 9 bath Red Mtn. home 2 min from town. It's a 15 minute walk or 2 min drive.

Rare to have southern exposure & stunning views. Built in 1998 and fully updated in 2018 - this 7 bedroom, 6 full bath and 3 half bath house has it all. large heated 2+car garage. House has views & decks on every level.

1 King Bed in Master, 1 King Bed in East En-Suite, 1 King Bed in West En-Suite, Bunk Beds in Hallway Bedroom, 1 Queen Bed in Main Level Bedroom, 1 Couch in Entry Level Bedroom, 1 Twin Bed in Office.

There are 7 decks total. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have their own private decks. There is a big hot tub on the deck outside of the kitchen on the 3rd floor with unobstructed views of Aspen Mountain.

2 steam rooms. (in the master & downstairs guest rm). 2 fireplaces. (one in the master & one in the living rm).

Please note that the piano has been removed and there is no piano in the home.

Fast internet & full cable TV/Premium channels.

Fully fenced in for dogs.

High-end - Fully furnished with everything you'd want!

We do allow events and weddings but we do charge an event fee. Typically the price is $100 per head. So for 20 people the event fee would be $1,995, for 40 people the fee would be $3,995 and so on. This price could vary depending on the extent of the details of the event. There is also a 2 night minimum for all events.

Gorgeous spacious home with magnificent views

Great House

Great location on Red Mountain, The house is beautiful. Awesome views, super clean, new, nice, modern. Tons of outdoor areas and seating to hang out, its well equipped. Hot tub area at the top of the property is a great place to sit and take in the views.

Beautiful Mountain Home with Breathtaking Views

The home has beautiful mountain architecture and stunning views from every level. This is without a doubt one of the most beautiful home's I've ever stayed in. We came to Aspen to ski during Super Bowl weekend and had a wonderful stay. Everything at the house was perfect. Rooms are grand and updated in a modern mountain style. There are decks on every level to sit and enjoy the views. You can have a barbecue or relax in the hot tub after a great day of skiing. The house is perfect for relaxing and entertaining with a huge dining room , leather couches, and large bedrooms with the finest towels and sheets. The location is perfect with a 5 minute walk to downtown Aspen or a 2 minute drive. I couldn't think of a nicer place to stay for a trip to Aspen! If I could give it 6 stars I would.

Do not rent this property.

i already sent a review. The house did not have the niumber of beds that the listing claimed. We did not have enough beds. We had to go biuy blow up matresses. The property manager was helpful but had no idea that the owner had removed the beds. False advertising could not even sleep 6 adults, but listed as sleeping 12. The hot tub was in pieces amd not working. The caretaker said it wasn’t functional. There was old food and wime left in the refrigerator. The largest guest room had been converted into a baby nursery, including a changing table and full size crib in the middle of the room. The house was not particularly clean and had toys and personal items all over the place. ,All light bulbs were burned out or missing on the outdoor decks which had not been cleared. We have stayed in many homes all over the world. We own two vacation residences ourselves. This is not a an appropriate properrty to be in the VRBO Portfolio

Most beautifully decorated home, insane views and balconies on every floor.

BEST time ever. David is the best and his house is awesome. Great for a family or in my case a group of friends! Showers work super well, as do THE washer and dryer. Beds are so comfortable, as is the amazing couch in the living room. One issue was no ice in Ice machine but we bought our own! Hot tub takes a bit to warm up but stays nice and toasty!!!!
