"Off season so the “hotel” was closed. We were staying in the “residency” in a 2 bedroom suite. Still, at $1200/night you think they’d try. Or close completely. They told us we needed an appointment to use the gym. We tried to make an appointment for two days by calling and emailing with no response. Housekeeping was knocking on our door every morning before 8:30. Everything closed. No room service. Fine, but can someone answer the phone? Staff did call us morning of checkout to...

"We had a great time staying at the home. It accommodated our extended family perfectly and the location and views are wonderful.We had some air conditioning issues but the manager and the home owner responded quickly and the issue was remedied.
