"Our smoke alarm began chirping at 3 am. This can be avoided with a routine maintenance schedule. Our room was clean and comfortable, but there were long black hairs on my bed which is a bit off-putting. We appreciated the plant in the bathroom. A nice touch not usually found in a hotel."

"It was a very nice and clean Hotel. Breakfast was included, and it was good. The staff were amazing. The area was near a plaza and accessible for getting everywhere. The only thing I would ask them to change is the couch in the lobby next to the breakfast areas; it’s so worn and faded. Otherwise, everything was perfect. 9 out of 10. Or 5 Start."

"Highly recommend it."

"The hotel and the majority of the staff were wonderful, but unfortunately, one female front desk clerk significantly impacted my experience. I needed to extend my stay for work and was unaware that my physical credit card was required to complete the additional charge. I called ahead and explained that I would bring my card by 5:00 p.m. after work and was assured that would be fine. Despite this agreement, my friend, who was caring for my dog, was locked out of my room and denied access...

"I was not pleased with my stay how I normally am. I've stayed here several times. I will not book here anymore."

"Top notch, one of best stays"

"nice location."

"We were only at the Hyatt for one night and did not use any of the amenities. The facility was nice, and the staff was especially welcoming, helpful and friendly. My only complaint was the huge TV in our small room (302) which made it necessary to be quite careful when going around the corner to the bathroom. The corner of the TV was even with the edge of the wall which made it very easy to run into. Seems like a smaller TV would have been quite adequate and safer for guests."
