"This hotel is one of the worst I’ve ever been in. First of all the hotel is old and badly maintained, staff are not friendly or helpful. Don’t know about parking or bar but there was no phone to call reception, the WiFi didn’t work (they kept telling us to restart our phones) we had to use our cellular data. "Great and very central location in Boston. Room was small but very clean. The free breakfast was just coffee and donuts. We ordered from the Cafe's breakfast menu instead (discounted by 20% for hotel guests) and that was very good. The hotel validates parking in the Clarendon St garage ($6 off the $36 daily rate). That still doesn't make it cheap, but the garage is reasonably close to the hotel and it worked out well."

"Excellent service, easy going upper scale but chill vibe. I would only suggest having brewed coffee in the lobby instead of a Kuerig - they do have an amazing restaurant attached but I still wanted my brewed coffee to take back to the room! "Really beautiful boutique hotel located with easy access to Newberry and the Commons, the Charles, and BU. Great (expensive) restaurant and bar. Staff was super attentive and responsive. Old google searches indicated they used to have complimentary passes to the neighboring gym. That was a bummer, and they should reinstitute that benefit . The room prices justify that perk for a property that doesn't have room for a gym. "

"First, this is conveniently located near a T station, so easy access to downtown Boston. Second, it accommodates a family of 5 easily. Third, there is a cute grocery store within a few minutes walk, so you can buy groceries to do simple cooking in the kitchenette. This, combined with good breakfast, saves money while staying in Boston. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Definitely a great place to stay for a family wanting to see the sights in Boston!"
