"Super welcoming staff - really made a difference. This is a great place to stay if you’re flying to/from Stansted as it’s a far pleasant experience than the airport hotels.
It was so lovely that I’d book a weekend break there to explore the local area more."

"Warm, friendly welcome from owner Anel who went out of his way to cater for my allergy. Very tidy and well-appointed. Comfortable lodging. I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast, choosing to find a cafe later in the old town. Great location. Despite being by the road, my room was quiet. "

"Online check-in and keyless access meant no staff present until breakfast but room was well furnished and absolutely spotless.
Breakfast was perfect and cooked to order"

"I stayed here one night before an early flight from stanstead. The hotel is conveniently located about 5 min drive to the airport. The chap at front desk was friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were both clean as was the shower. The room had tea making facilities and a hair dryer. The bed was not so good very bumpy, you could feel the springs, and parking is not free as stated I was charged £6. 50. Overall ok for a one night stay. "

"The room was really dated with a strange layout. Very basic and expected better from a Radisson. The staff were friendly and the reception was nice. "
"Mixed feelings. The room itself was fine, the experience not so great. I had chosen this hotel in part because it was a good location and had an EV charger. The EV charger was not working and the experience in reporting and trying to get resolved was infuriating. I had to go elsewhere and charge.
The EV alone I probably would have overlooked, particularly as it involved a third party. However, upon check out the hotel attempted to charge me for a dinner that I hadn’t ordered or had! Ironically I had eaten elsewhere whilst waiting for my car to charge. Again, mistakes can happen, but the receptionist was at first insistent that as that’s what her computer said, I had to pay it! Eventually sorted, but took way too long, making me late for an meeting, and did not appreciate the accusatory manner. So an okay stay bookended by two poor and frustrating experiences."
"Nice hotel in a good location, my only gripe was the TV had subtitles on and was locked out so you couldn't remove them. Price is quite high for what you get. Had an accessible room which I am never keen on."
"We were impressed with the Holiday Inn, it was convenient for the purpose of our visit to the area.
Good sized bedroom and comfortable super king bed. Great bathroom with popular products.
Price was fair for the area. Food was of a good variety of choice, presented well. We did a room service meal, great service!
Our TV lost it sound, Jason quickly got it sorted!
No issues."
"The location of this hotel right at Stansted Airport is the main reason for booking this location. It was clean and well maintained. The breakfast which was included offered a variety of options. Over all our brief stay was pleasant. "
"This is the budget end of the Holiday Inn chain but it doesn't feel too budget. The check in was stand out in terms of friendliness and efficiency and there was a good choice for breakfast with plenty of food available. It was very busy on the Sunday morning but the team kept on top of it, turning tables around and keeping food stocked.
The hotel itself is well located, with good parking (although you have to pay for it but there is a discount code provided by the hotel). It's possible to walk into Cambridge from there though it's a cheap Uber ride to get back.
We've visited a few times now and will definitely consider again should we be in the area."
