"Lovely old period hotel.very comfortable room with a decent shower albeit over a bath. Bought breakfast one morning which was excellent. Parking for the car in front of the hotel and a 10 minute walk into town "

"The grounds are beautiful, the staff are great! We had breakfast which tasted good! The spa was relaxing but there is a bit of wear and tear in places. Overall it was a lovely night away - one thing to highlight: the bed and pillows are very soft, we usually sleep on a firm mattress and have fun pillows so we don’t sleep well and woke up a bit achey; but this is very subjective. Also the hairdryer in the room was really weak so being your own if visiting or use the ones in the spa’s changing room. "

"We had a clean room, and unobstructed view of the sea, the room had no housekeeping daily, the first and last day we had a buffet breakfast, the second day it would appear that we had to order either with the cook or reception but we were not told of this, the third day the chef took our breakfast order."

"Hotel very clean, lovely breakfast, delightful evening menu, very friendly and helpful staff. Had a dip in the pool and relax in the jacuzzi. Great relaxing stay. Would recommend 👍"

"Very nice breakfast. Excellent staff. Super location opposite beach. Furniture rather too big for the room, making it awkward to get around, and TV at an angle that gave my neck a crick, but these were minor inconveniences, as everything else was excellent."

"Enjoyed our 1 night stay here (non golfers but didn’t feel we missed out). Facilities/amenities at the hotel are great - it is huge! Room was of a high quality. Staff were very good and especially friendly. All at a very competitive price. The only slight thing (and didn’t effect our stay) was there are areas which could do with a little tlc as they are starting to look a little tired (one example is the balcony area of our room). "
