This home is nestled among the mountains in Arthur’s Point, Queenstown. It is surrounded by DOC land, offering easy access to nearby walking tracks, including a scenic riverside walk just 15 minutes away. The location is conveniently close to Shotover Jet and Canyon Brewing, and only a 15-minute drive to central Queenstown. The property includes parking and a small courtyard.

The house has two air-conditioning units. The owners are away every second year over Christmas and New Year, making the home available during that period. Some personal items remain on the property, with closets kept locked, but drawers are available for guest use.
