Check in was very slow. After a long drive you don't want to be editing around. Then when I got yo the room the door key hadn't been programmed properly so the floor wouldn't open. Back to reception to get it sorted

Radisson Collection Bilbao
Clean rooms, staff was very responsive and helpful. Service was excellent and Pablo was very helpful with directions in terms of fun, architecture, places to see and food. Will definitely be going back on our next visit to Bilbao.

The hotel is very clean and in a good location. No frills, which is expected for the price I paid. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, there are restaurants and coffee shops directly outside for convenience. It is very walkable to the major sites of Bilbao. Es terriblemente incómodo para una pareja hospedarse ahí. La cama doble está apoyada por uno de sus costados en la pared, por lo que resulta muy incómodo. Al igual que moverse en ese espacio con dos maletas.
