"The property is old and it needs updating for the price they’re charging. Room smells like urine and Lysol. All ice machines were not working on the property. Lastly, because I booked through Expedia they charged me a $75 security deposit in addition to what I paid Expedia. They said security deposit would be returned in a few days and was charged because I went through Expedia. I’ll stay elsewhere next time."

"Great room very clean and cozy most definitely will stay there again and the restaurant downstairs was excellent."

"Staff was great and the lobby was clean. However our room was musty, the ac wouldn’t cool the room. It was set to 67, would run for 5 mins and shut off and just run the fan. The sheets were clean and bed was descent. The TV is in need of being replaced. Pretty sure the pixels are going bad bc there were blotches on the screen. The bathroom was rather gross. There was mold on the top of the shower walls. It didn’t have any air flow/ventilation so it remained hot and damp. Which explains the mold....

"The checking in process was seamless with kind front desk clerks, the room we got was perfectly clean with a comfy bed and a good cold AC, the outdoor pool was SO nice and well maintained and the breakfast was great. My only complaint is the TV was kind of wonky; when scrolling channels there were a lot we didn't have access to and there was a clump of dead pixels in the middle of the TV itself. We made do, no big deal, but it's something that maybe should be addressed."

"The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was bad. There was no coffee or orange juice. There was no shower gel in the bathroom. It was hard to find staff for help."

"room was not clean. Dirty towel hanging behind bathroom door. Surfaces were dusty. Sheets were clean but bedcover had burn holes. Door not sealed and allowed bug entry. I don't think I will stay again. I had a 2 night stay but only stayed one night and would have stayed elsewhere but it was too late to arrange a different place."
