"We had a few minor maintenance issues that the staff responded to and resolved immediately. The hotel is located about 0.4 miles from Beale Street but only couple of blocks from the AAA Memphis Redbirds minor league ballpark. We enjoy walking to and from those tourist attractions rather than driving and paying for parking.,. even though it was 100 degrees the weekend we stayed there. Plus - The hotel has free parking, Almost all other hotels near Beale Street are valet/pay parking. Good typical continental breakfast did include hot scrambled eggs, sausage links and waffles daily. If you’re used to city living then emergency vehicles sirens, train whistles and garbage trucks won’t bother you. But 2:30 am overnight trash service emptying the hotel dumpster is a bit extreme. The King size bed was fairly comfortable but all 5 or 6 pillows on the bed were too flat and soft for my liking. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and will book again if we come back to go to a Memphis Redbirds ballgame."

"I loved it. We only stayed one night. But plan to go back with a longer stay. The staff was awesome. Room was huge. Loved the balcony overlooking the shop. Was an excellent experience."
