Hyatt Centric Beale Street Memphis
Room was immaculate, views were gorgeous, and every single staff member gave superb customer service. Every family member I traveled with felt the same. Great hotel!

Big Cypress Lodge
Overlook was closed, terrace was closed, bar was closed. Was promised a credit from the hotel supervisor and they have not given one and refused to give me anything in writing stating they would have to contact Expedia to process the credit and Expedia would send me a receipt. Memphis Vitality Hotel
Everyone on the staff was great. The building and facilities need some maintenance and loving care. It was a great hotel at one point, but it is showing its age and needs updating.
