"The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful."

"It was big and empty, and not welcoming at all. It was quite an old building that would have been grand once. The room was clean but basic. The staff seemed surprised when I arrived, so I don’t think they have many visitors. The food was poor and not heated through properly. I was ill the next day which I think was the food in the restaurant. I did not see another guest in the 2 days I was there! I left 2 days early."

"The place is fantastic. The house is clean, and has everything you need. The surriundings are beautiful. The problem is that the booking process is run by a company and not the actual owners. There's an excessive deposit required and renters have no choice but to pay it and sign an additional set of check-in rules. All of this happens after you book so you cannot get a refund if you choose not to accept. the owners, were very nice upon meeting with them personally. Whomever is responding on behalf of Cubos is not politerespectful. The owners also required an additional $20 pet deposit. Theres also an additional cleaning fee, if not cleaned to their satisfaction, but they dont tell what their standard is so we ended up cleaning better than we received it. All of this equates to hassles that just make it harder than checking into a hotel."
