Welcome to Högelian and this beautiful vacation home.



The house consists of a living room, kitchen area, bathroom with toilet and shower and sleeping loft. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people. In the attic, which has a steep staircase up, there are 2 single beds.



The property includes 2 canoes and there are many beautiful lakes with good paddling trails to explore. The bathing place in a private location is about 1 km from the accommodation. There are good fishing waters as well as swimming opportunities. The farm where you stay was once an old train station and the embankment where the trains once ran is now a beautiful hiking and biking trail. Banvallsleden and all the other beautiful trails around the farm invite you to many beautiful walks and bike rides.



From the estate it is about 15 km to the large nature reserve of Glaskogen, which offers a whole 300 km of hiking trails. In the reserve there are about 80 lakes for paddling and many nice picnic spots. To the smaller town of Årjäng, which offers many restaurants and shopping, it is 7 km. Töcksfors with its large shopping center can be reached after a 20-minute drive. There are other accommodations near S73202. A warm welcome!

Sehr schönes sauberes natürliches Haus in Mitten schönster Natur. Sehr,sehr freundliche und nette Vermieter die mit auf dem Grundstück wohnen jedoch sehr diskret sind , bei jeder Frage oder Problemen sofort reagieren und helfen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Schweden.

Ein wundershönes Ferienhaus zum Entspannen

Sehr nette Vermieter im benachbarten Haus. Guter Ort, um Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu unternehmen. Am ca. 1 km entfernten, kleinen See habe ich meinen ersten Fisch, eine Plötze gefangen. Dort kann man auch schön baden und das Kanu vom Vermieter liegt auch dort für eine kleine Runde um den See. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Zugang zum Schlafbereich sehr steil und die Betten waren sehr weich. Aber alles sehr gemütlich und Wlan hat auch gut funktioniert.

Nette Hütte mit freundlichen Gastgebern

Der Check in war total unkompliziert, die Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Die Hütte ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Für uns war die steile Treppe ok, für Kinder und ältere Personen finde ich es schwierig. Am Grundstück beginnt der Wald, in den man auf der ehemaligen Bahnstrecke wandern kann. Nach einem reichlichen Kilometer kommt man zur Badestelle mit den beiden Kanus, die man als Gast benutzen kann. Wir waren am Glasfjorden wandern. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Sauberes zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Haus. Relative Straßennähe. Trotzdem ausreichend ruhig. Nette Vermieter.

Hütte hat alles was man braucht, hilfreicher & netter Besitzer

Die Hütte liegt etwa 10 Autominuten von Arjäng und is in einem kleinen aber feinen Angelgebiet. Von der Hütte aus erreicht man in 15 min zu Fuß einen See mit Kanus, der sich auch gut zum Angeln eignet. Die Hütte hat alles was man braucht, das Bad war sauber. Die Matratzen hätten aber sauberer sein können & das Schlafzimmer ist sehr niedrig. Mit letzterem kommt man aber klar wenn man jünger ist. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfreich! Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Auto und Lennart und seine Frau haben und sehr geholfen, vielen Dank!
