Lovely Neighborhood

Nice quiet home. The neighborhood was very picturesque. The small town doesn’t have much, but a nearby town has a small grocery store and pharmacy. (10 minutes away by car)

A mouldy smell is the first impression (couch especially). Lack of adequate kitchen equipment, (not one sharp knife).Washing machine door faulty. No way to dry clothes if raining.
