"On the website this 'hotel' looked lovely, but when we arrived we discovered that it was in fact a 'hostel' type hotel with the TV in a shared lounge/dining room with only two comfortable chairs. We got to our room through a shared not very clean 'kitchen' with all the other rooms coming off the shared 'kitchen'. It would have been a nightmare if anyone else was staying at the same time, but luckily we were the only ones staying the night (we wonder why?) so we didn't keep bumping into people...

"This place is fantastic. The couple who run it are welcoming and so helpful. It’s a great location for exploring the Opal Coast. Bus and train are walking distance. The decor is lovely French blue and all is new and in great condition. "

"A good stay as usual. Staff friendly, food good. Being returning guests, who enjoy the village and surrounding area, are aware that if you are unable to check-in before the restaurant closes for lunch time service, you have to wait until 18.00hrs when restaurant re opens for evening service to check-in, though there is a phone number on the door. Expedia on their confirmation says you can check-in anytime from 14.00hrs."

"The staff here are really fantastic. Excellent communication prior to our arrival and they allocated the room early and left out key in a keysafe for our later arrival. The room was very comfortable and lovely and warm when it was storm Benjamin outside! The bathroom was very clean with a lovely hot shower. We enjoyed the breakfast overlooking the airfield prior to our departure. This hotel is very convenient for the motorway and local area. We will definitely be back as this is an ideal stop...
