"Great hotel, beautiful room given we paid less than £100, and it’s a great location. 10 minutes walk from the old and right in the centre on the pedestrian walk. It would get 5 for staff and facilities but they didn’t tell us we had breakfast and drinking water was a bit of a faff. But perhaps I’m being picky, I would definitely staff again"
"No hand soap, kettle or teabags provided. Door not closing onto balcony without banging it. Balcony looking on to noisy building works which wasn’t worth the extra money paid, as the balcony was unusable. No mugs, sugar or milk provided. No robes or slippers. Room was ok but overall disappointing for a 4 star. No USB points. Great bathroom and comfortable bed. Good air conditioning."
"Excellent location and friendly staff. The only negative is Łąck of air condition in rooms which makes them very warm in summer sunny weather and uncomfortable to sleep."
