The space
Newly built apartment on 3rd floor of family home steps from stunning Yanahuara plaza, 10 minute walk to commercial area, 15 minute walk to downtown center. Huge private terrace with breathtaking views of Arequipa, especially volcano Misti. Lots of light/sun all day long, open concept space with fully equipped kitchen, office area, private outdoor dining room and living room. The living room doubles as a second bedroom, with privacy provided by a sliding barn door. Living room/second bedroom also has glass sliding door access to the terrace but had black out curtains and blinds for those who don’t like rising with the sun. Cama queen en la habitacion principal, sofa cama de dos plazas en la sala. Cocina toda equipada con servico para 6 personas. Todo nuevo. a unos pasos de la Plaza de Yanahuara y picanterias tradicionales , 10 minutes de los grandes centros comerciales con bancos, mercados, restaurantes, etc. 15 minutes caminando al centro de arequipa.

The terrace bbq, fireplace, dining room and living room or for your private use only. The neighborhood of 14 houses has doorman security 24 hours a day and the apartment has it's own buzzer for the house gate downstairs. We ask that you do not use the stairs to access our roof for safety reasons. La terraza con bbq, chiminea, comedor exterior y sala exterior es solo de uso exclusivo de los clientes. Todas las casas cuentan con seguridad las 24 horas y el departamento cuenta con su propio intercomunicador para abrir la puerta principal. Les pedimos de no subir al techo por las escaleras por razones de seguridad.
Interaction with guests
We do not live in Arequipa but are available 24/7 via internet and our family who lives in the apartments on the 2nd floor is available to help you with any immediate needs, emergencies or general help. We have left an information book with instructions, house rules, contact information, maps and recommendations for getting the most out of your time in Arequipa. Someone from our family comes up to water the plants daily and provide general maintenance on outside terrace and occasionally technicians must access the roof via our terrace. Nosotros no vivimos en Arequipa pero estamos disponibles 24/7 via internet, nuestra familia que vive en el 2do. piso estan siempre dispuestos a ayudar en cualquier emergencia o ayuda en general. Hemos dejado un libro de informacion con instrucciones, reglas de la casa, informacion de contactos mapas y recomendaciones para hacer su estadia en Arequipa mas comoda y placentera. Alguien de la familia sube a hacer mantenimiento de las plantas como regarlas y cualquier arreglo en la terraza ocasionalmente tecnicos suben al techo por la terraza para verificar el buen funcionamiento de los tanques de agua y arreglos en general.
