The fully equipped kitchen includes oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and fridge. Floor heating and a wood stove ensure winter warmth. A children's bed and high chair are available on request. Free WiFi and on-site parking are provided. Beaches are 9 km away, golf 13 km, and nearby towns offer restaurants and shops. The access road is 7 km, partly steep but newly cemented. Following changes effective 1st of July 2025 in vacation rental legislation in Spain, all homeowners are now required to collect detailed information from incoming guests. This includes the full names, ID numbers, addresses, gender, and country of residence for each member of your group.
