"It is a lovely property with very nice rooms. Our room had a beautiful view of the volcano. The property has beautiful grounds with lots of flowering plants. All staff we encountered were so friendly. The bed was very comfortable. We had a shower attachment that needed to be fixed and they did it promptly. Nice variety of food for breakfast. I would definitely stay again. "

"Even though I booked this hotel for the amazing views of the volcano and we had rain and clouds the entire time so we never saw the volcano, we still enjoyed our stay immensely! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the breakfast buffet had a good variety of hot foods and made-to-order eggs/omelettes, and Heliconia was quite good for dinner. The grounds were beautiful even without a view of the volcano and we really enjoyed the offsite hot springs that were included with complimentary shuttle... not as big as some of the others but beautiful and not crowded. Staff were all wonderful especially Melvin in the restaurant. Will definitely stay here if we come back to the area again!"

"This is hands down a 5 star hotel. The hotel is on an amazing property with an amazing view from the rooms. The rooms have a heated hot tub on the patio and the vibe is very nice. The pools are heated, so you can enjoy at any time. The food at the restaurant was solid , and the staff makes up for the rest since everyone is very nice. They transport you around on golf carts when ever needed, and get your car for you so you don’t have to walk around. The spa was a 10/10, from the setting to the actual massage. This is a place I’d revisit. "
