"moderner Self-checkIn über einen Automat, der sich auch eine Zeit lang aufgehangen hatte; uns fehlte der besagte Code, der hierfür nicht zugesandt worden ist und ohne telefonische Nachfrage und Hilfe eines Personals wäre dies technisch nicht machbar gewesen - hier wäre eine Person für den CheckIn vor Ort sicherlich hilfreicher und besser gewesen
