"The property is doing some remodeling, but the rooms were roomy and lots of hidden storage shelves by the bed. The shower and bathroom were great. Bed was comfortable. Area was safe and located within walking distance to all the sites. Only con was parking area is very small, we were lucky to find parking on the street but there is a paid parking lot right across the street. Would stay here again."

"Great hotel, stayed here many times. Short walk to the centre, direct regular bus transfer from outside the hotel to and from shannon airport - route 343, cost €8.60 one way. We booked an exec room which gives access to the exec lounge, offering here is a little basic but the room is nice. My only feedback would be to suggest that the coffee machine in the room needs updating."

"Great location and lovely staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable EXCEPT that the room was stiflingly hot. Not warm. HOT. We had two portable fans blowing all the time, which made it tolerable for sleeping. I understand that the weather in Ireland is unusually warm and not the hotel’s fault but damn. 15 degrees cooler in the hallway The restaurant has delicious food and the breakfast was plentiful and inexpensive. Will try here again in the fall or spring"
